Azdry XTreme RS Front Entry Drysuit

The Azdry XTreme RS Front Entry Drysuit, This innovative design dry suit uses a telescopic torso with a front entry zip and a second zip cover. The Xtreme range is made from a new fabric from Japan which has a very fine rip stock woven in its design. This design gives extra strength to this light weight fabric which is dark grey in its finish.

Xtreme RS is made both top and bottom with the new rip stock fabric, the RS suit has our neoprene boot which has been dipped in liquid latex to give it hard wearing qualities but is still extremely flexible and soft. The suit comes standard with two tech pockets and uses the new aqua dry zip from YKK. Silicone system or latex seals are a choice on this suit. With neoprene boots the suit still only weighs 3.7 kilos depending on the size of the suit.

The Xtreme RS Suit is available in ten male sizes and seven female sizes, and a bespoke made to measure service is also available if required.

Fabric:

The new rip stock fabric from Japan has an extremely fine rip stock which is woven into the lighter fabric.  The rip stock makes the fabric much stronger but adds little weight to the fabric, then the fabric is laminated with 220 grams butyl.  This combination gives the material a good tactile feel which is both soft and extremely flexible.

These boots are specially manufactured for AZDRY and uses a latex rubber dipping process in its manufacture which leaves the boots softer and more flexible than many other boots manufactured in different ways. These boots are fitted as standard to the XTREME RS.Neoprene boots offer support and protection whilst remaining extremely comfortable.

New Dry Zip:

Both XTREME suits feature the new plastic zip from YKK, which is easier to close than a conventional metal zip and is maintenance free.  The zip is also more flexible and much lighter than the metal zip.We have been using this model of zip with some of our customers in the coastguard and fire and rescue for a few years now and have not seen any problems.

Flexibility:

The flexibility of the suit is excellent, with the material being so light and flexible in conjunction with the telescopic torso movement in the suit is excellent, so when bending to put your fins on or putting your arm down your back to do shut downs there are no restrictions.

Tech Pockets:

Two tech pockets are fitted to the left and right thighs with velcro fastening and retaining D ring.The tech pocket is up to 9 cm in depth and measures 21 cm wide by 27 cm long. Size will vary depending on size of the suit.

British made:

All our suits are designed and manufactured in the UK by our experienced professionals.Tens of thousands of suits, manufactured by ourselves, have been supplied to both the professional dive market and sporting divers alike.

Materials and colors:

This new fabric has been laminated with butyl in the UK. Butyl is used for its resistance to oil, good flexibility with no cracking down to minus 40 C and has the best gas proofing abilities, better than any other polymar available. Our material supplier we have used for over thirty years and offer the best materials available today.The fabric is only available in dark grey, but we offer options on colours of transfers in white, red and blue.
